After all, the Georgia Supreme Court stated in Smith et al. v. Baptiste et al.. posted September 11, 2010 that the Georgia Constitution does not guarantee any individual access to the Courts. They claim that the Georgia Constitution only guarantees that you have the right to choose between being represented by counsel, and representing yourself.
If the highest courts in the land, refuse everything coming before it, except 1%, doesn’t that tell us something?
